Refunds
NJ Jewels carefully checks and packages every order before dispatch.
Returns are only considered for products that are:
- Incorrectly delivered
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective upon receipt
Any issue must be reported by calling NJ Jewels within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, normal product variations, or products that have been used, worn, altered, damaged, or tampered with.
Products must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Do not send any product back without contacting NJ Jewels and receiving return instructions first.

Shipping returns
Orders may only be cancelled by calling NJ Jewels directly.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
